Tributes to Thomas Sadler Details

"Thomas Henry SADLER died at Le Treport, on the French coast. The town was an important hospital centre during WW1. He was buried in the Military Cemetrery there: plot 1, row L, grave 3A. His death was also commemorated with a gravestone in St Mary's Churchyard, West Somerton."

"Thomas Henry was born in early 1896 and was a son of William SADLER (1856 to 1930) and Rebecca Elizabeth FUTTER (1858 to 1918). Thomas had 4 sisters and 7 brothers. William was an agricultural labourer in his early life and was a farmer's horseman by 1901. For all of Thomas's life the family lived at Horsey."
